This year, Incline Village is bringing back its beloved 4th of July celebration after a five-year hiatus!
The event is spearheaded by a non-profit organization called Red, White, and Tahoe Blue II, and they are relying on community support to make it a success.
Festivities begin July 2 at 8 A.M. with a flag raising, then a pancake breakfast at the main Firehouse on Tanager, followed immediately with the parade.
Here’s a rundown of the festivities happening on July 4th:
- 12 PM – 10 PM: There will be live music throughout the day, with DJs, face painting, a bubble show, and more. You can find the full lineup of entertainment on the Incline Village Crystal Bay Community & Business Association (IVCBA) website [IVCBA events ON Go Tahoe North gotahoenorth.com].
- 9:30 PM: The highlight of the event is the fireworks display, which is scheduled to take place over Lake Tahoe. This is a great opportunity to see a spectacular show and celebrate Independence Day with the community.
If you’re looking for a fun and festive way to spend your 4th of July, Incline Village is a great option. Just be sure to make your reservations early, as hotels tend to fill up quickly for this popular holiday.
Here are some additional details to keep in mind:
- The full list of activities for the day is still being finalized, so be sure to check the IVCBA website for the latest information.
- Parking can be limited on the 4th of July, so it’s a good idea to carpool or take public transportation if possible.
- Be prepared for crowds, especially around the fireworks display.
